Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actor. She is most famous for portraying Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. In the HBO show True Blood, she played in the role of Daphne. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 from University of Tennessee at Martin. The first year of her teaching career was at Maury County teaching Reading to Kindergarten and 1st grade. In 1998, she was married to their UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and relocated into Thompsons Station. There she began teaching 4th year at Bethesda Elementary. From 1999 until 2000 she taught while earning her Masters in Education at Trevecca Nazarene University. She took a break from the classroom in 2000 as the couple welcomed their baby boy Baylor. Ashley has been spending the past 15 years focusing on the growth of the kids in her local congregation and in the community, while also serving in various capacities. Ashley is an active leader for the Preschool Ministry and Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church. Ashley worked for three years home, homeschooling her children. While they were homeschooling, students attended a class in which Ashley was a teacher of History at the beginning of Kindergarten and in First Grade. While she enjoyed homeschooling and spending time with her family, God demonstrated to their family members that it was the right time to go back to school full time. Brent and Ashley have five kids. Silas Eliza Cruz and Cruz All are GCA students. Baylor is an GCA student who plays the game of baseball. She is also a student at UT-Martin. Callan the GCA graduate also studies at Western Kentucky University. The family is extremely energetic and loves fishing, hunting and supporting one another in sport. Romans 8:28.
